Shipping and Delivery
All items, will be shipped either on same day of order or next day depending on time of day the order is placed.
We endeavour for all items to be held in stock, if an item is out of stock we will contact you to advise you of the expected delivery date.
Our delivery charges are as follows:
Next day delivery: £4.00
All deliveries will need to be signed for.
Orders over £40 delivery is free.
Returns
Free UK returns
We offer a 100% guarantee that if you're in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered,we will exchange them or give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn and unwashed, with all labels intact.
Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done.
Please also note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted. Certain products are also excluded from our general returns policy for hygiene reasons - this will be indicated with the product information for these items on our website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
Returns period
Our normal returns period is 28 days from when you receive the goods, and any returned items must be received by us within this time. However, to allow for unwanted or ill-fitting gifts, the following exceptions apply:
Christmas gifts ordered from November onwards may be returned up to the end of January.
Valentine's gifts ordered from January onwards may be returned up to the 15th March.(Please note that these dates are those by which any returns must be received back in our warehouse, so please allow up to 10 working days for your goods to reach us).
Refunds If you have requested a refund, or replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed. Please note that we are unable to offer credit notes.
Replacements If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.
To return goods to us, you may do so without giving us prior notice. In this case please complete the form accompanying your order and enclose it with the returned goods. Please allow up to ten working days for your goods to be returned to us.
UK customers Returns Please contact us if you are dissatisfied with your items, or if you need to exchange your item for another size, or article and we will arrange a collection for you, if you simply wish to change the size of your product if you notify us when you request collection of your unwanted item, your new item can be delivered at the same time please contact us on our freephone number 0808 178 0788 or email us at mail@velvetzebra.com
If you prefer to return your goods by post, they must be returned by recorded delivery as proof of postage must be shown in the event of loss of an item.
Return of gifts If you wish to return a gift from another person, we can only refund the original cardholder. Should you wish to exchange the item for another product we can do this without the knowledge of the original customer, if you wish to change the item to something of a higher value you will need to provide your payment details for the additional charge. If your gift has been reduced you will only receive the value of the reduced item, unless the purchase details are provided.
Return of Faulty Goods sIf you believe the goods we have supplied to you are faulty, you should contact us on 0808 178 0788 to arrange collection and to provide you with a replacement, should you not wish a replacement, the card used at the time of purchase will be refunded in full. We require you to indicate what the fault is on the product along with the return.
